How to order annual maintenance:
1. You can order annual maintenance via e-mail (sales@medikro.com) or by filling a webform. Remember to provide the serial number of your device or its product code (eg M9474-ASV) for the service from your pricelist.
2. After submitting your request, you will receive an RMA number, which must be marked on the delivery documents and package. Please pack your devices carefully and follow the instructions provided for where to send them.
3. Before ordering maintenance, please contact our Technical Support team. We will troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing and assess the need for maintenance.
