How can MSS run under Citrix?

Info! This article is aimed for IT personnel.

Running Medikro Spirometry Software in a virtualized desktop (Citrix or Windows Metaframe) will cause several error sitautions. Mainly because spirometer device is not found in USB port or problems with software activation. 

Medikro Spirometry Software is not designed to be used in virtualized desktops. USB device may not be recognized in virtualized environment. 

Using Medikro Spirometry Software in virtualized desktop environments is not officially supported. Medikro does not take any responsibilities of problems or malfunctions. Possible usage is entirely at a customer's own risk.
